Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to evaluate borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit memos and recommendations for loan approval committees
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and early risk detection
- Collaborate with loan officers to structure credit solutions aligned with client needs
- Utilize advanced financial modeling software (provided) for scenario analysis
- Stay current with industry regulations and credit policy updates
- Present complex financial data through clear visual reports using provided tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and credit risk assessment frameworks
- Experience with credit bureau reporting and loan documentation systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (CFA, CRCM) preferred
