Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and collateral to determine applicant risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit memos summarizing findings and recommending approval/denial decisions
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and early risk identification
- Collaborate with loan officers to structure optimal credit solutions
- Stay current on industry regulations and economic trends affecting credit decisions
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Strong proficiency in financial statement analysis and ratio calculations
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB, or equivalent) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
