Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps.
- Monitor changes in federal and state regulations to ensure our policies and procedures remain up-to-date.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate staff on compliance standards and ethical conduct.
- Investigate internal complaints and conduct disciplinary hearings when necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEC, FINRA, or relevant state regulations.
- Certification such as CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
