Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to legal standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in current procedures.
- Monitor changes in legislation and industry regulations to ensure our organization remains compliant.
- Prepare and present detailed compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Investigate internal complaints and violations, ensuring appropriate disciplinary actions are taken when necessary.
- Train staff on compliance standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management within the financial industry.
- Strong knowledge of SOX, AML, and KYC regulations is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Certification such as CRCM or CFE is a plus.
