Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop, update, and communicate compliance manuals and training programs to staff.
- Investigate reported violations and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risk.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections.
- Stay abreast of changes in local, state, and federal laws affecting our industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, or industry-specific laws).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Certification such as CCEP, CRCM, or CPA is a plus.
