Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local regulatory changes to update compliance policies
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps
- Develop and implement training programs for staff on compliance protocols
- Investigate regulatory violations and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with legal and finance departments to align compliance initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities and audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of compliance experience in regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., BSA, AML, OFAC)
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) designation required
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in compliance management software (e.g., RSA Archer, LogicGate)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
