Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organizational compliance with federal/state laws (FCRA, GLB, etc.)
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for financial products
- Develop/implement compliance policies and training programs
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership
- Collaborate with legal teams on regulatory updates
- Manage vendor compliance due diligence
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and examinations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years compliance experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations
- Certification (CRCM, CAMS) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and documentation skills
- Experience with compliance software (e.g., RSA Archer)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, regulated environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
