Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs aligned with federal/state regulations
- Conduct thorough internal audits and risk assessments across departments
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with detailed documentation
- Provide comprehensive compliance training to staff using provided materials
- Stay current on evolving regulatory requirements (HIPAA, SOX, OSHA)
- Collaborate with legal and executive teams on compliance strategies
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare or financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (CRCM, CCEP, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficient in compliance software (we provide all necessary equipment)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
