Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement updated compliance procedures
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across financial operations
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation and training materials
- Collaborate with legal and management on regulatory reporting
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations
- Stay current with FINRA, SEC, and state regulations
- Lead compliance initiatives for new product launches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years compliance/regulatory experience in finance
- CFMP or CRCM certification preferred
- Proficient in compliance software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
