Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Horizon 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical innovation with corporate growth strategies.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- Identify high-impact R&D opportunities and secure necessary resources and partnerships.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in.
- Establish metrics for innovation success and continuously measure the impact of new technologies.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of long-term tech projects.
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical factors that may impact our technology landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, long-term technology strategies.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strong background in managing R&D budgets and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
