Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive, long-term technology strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on breakthrough innovations and scalable solutions.
- Lead Emerging Tech R&D: Spearhead research into cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Decentralized Systems.
- Strategic Decision Making: Evaluate new technologies for feasibility, ROI, and competitive advantage, making high-stakes recommendations to the C-suite.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and bridge the gap between engineering and business units.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor high-performance engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global technology trends to ensure Apex Horizon Labs remains at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or strategic planning role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully defining and executing long-term technology strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, Quantum).
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
