Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT to integrate into our core infrastructure.
- Architectural Governance: Oversee the transition to next-generation cloud-native architectures, ensuring security, compliance, and high availability.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead pilot programs for emerging technologies, acting as an internal consultant for C-suite executives on technology investments.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for major capital expenditures and projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a CTO or VP of Engineering role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to look beyond current market trends and predict technological shifts affecting the industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written skills, capable of articulating a 5-year technical vision to a board of directors.
