We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our strategic roadmap toward the year 2026. In this pivotal role, you will define the technological vision that drives our company's future growth, focusing on next-generation AI integration, scalable infrastructure, and market leadership. You will act as a bridge between our technical teams and executive leadership, ensuring our technology stack aligns perfectly with our business objectives.
As our CTO, you will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies, fostering a culture of innovation, and overseeing the delivery of high-impact projects that set us apart in the competitive landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with the CEO and board to establish a long-term technology vision that aligns with business goals and market trends.
- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead research and development efforts into emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI, machine learning, and cloud scalability for the 2026 horizon.
- Executive Leadership: Manage a diverse team of senior engineers, architects, and product managers, fostering a high-performance culture of accountability and creativity.
- Strategic Partnerships: Evaluate and negotiate partnerships with technology vendors and startups to ensure we have access to cutting-edge tools and talent.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the technology budget, infrastructure investments, and cybersecurity protocols to ensure business continuity and data integrity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Executive Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a C-suite or VP-level role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable technology strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of modern software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI integration strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams through periods of rapid growth and change.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences, including investors and board members.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
