Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, high-performance systems capable of supporting next-gen AI workloads.
- Build and mentor a diverse engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee R&D initiatives, ensuring the company remains at the cutting edge of emerging technologies.
- Establish robust security and compliance frameworks to protect proprietary data and user privacy.
- Manage the technology budget and negotiate with external vendors and partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar).
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling technology products.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
