Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive global events and market paradigm shifts
- Architect innovation pipelines for emerging tech adoption (neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Advise C-suite on strategic positioning for 2026 competitive landscapes
- Pioneer novel research methodologies in exponential technology forecasting
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and policy consultations
- Mentor future-focused talent in our Horizon Academy incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of disrupting industries with future-oriented solutions
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech/futures publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofed strategies with measurable impact
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex futures concepts to diverse audiences
