- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure technical strategies align with business objectives.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering leadership, building a world-class team capable of executing complex futuristic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling, persuasive manner to secure buy-in for high-stakes projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or VP-level capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully transitioning organizations from legacy systems to next-gen architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex challenges and drive solutions in fast-paced, evolving environments.
