Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic creation of our technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, AR/VR, and Quantum computing.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, future-proof infrastructure capable of supporting next-generation neural networks and distributed ledgers.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives and hackathons focused on solving problems relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable product strategies.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for advanced autonomous systems.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to anticipate shifts in the competitive environment.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent) within the tech industry.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to foresee technological shifts and prepare organizations for them (e.g., AI adoption, Web3 integration).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning architectures, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex futuristic concepts to stakeholders and investors.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of leading through ambiguity and driving results in uncertain environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
