Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s comprehensive AI strategy with a focus on achieving breakthrough results by 2026.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI solutions that drive revenue and efficiency.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Establish a scalable AI governance framework to ensure ethical and responsible deployment of models.
- Manage a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and strategists.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI products or leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
