Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Autonomous Systems.
- Oversee the integration of AI ethics and compliance into all product lifecycles.
- Collaborate with the C-suite to align technology investments with long-term business objectives.
- Build and mentor a world-class team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
- Proven executive leadership experience, preferably as a CTO, CIO, or VP of Engineering.
- Deep technical expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and NLP.
- Experience scaling AI products from prototype to global market.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
