Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for AI system architecture, ensuring alignment with the company's 2026 roadmap.
- Model Development: Lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of neural network training pipelines and inference engines for edge and cloud environments.
- Ethical Frameworks: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and quantum researchers.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer and enterprise products seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or ML architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch frameworks. Experience with quantum computing libraries is a strong plus.
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems for high-performance computing.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive technical strategy in fast-paced environments.
- Innovation: A deep understanding of current trends in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Neural Architecture Search.
