Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and on time.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance on a monthly basis.
- Process payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Prepare and generate monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Assist with tax preparation and year-end audits as needed.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- 1-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
