Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.
- Process payroll for all employees on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and send out monthly financial statements to clients.
- Assist with the preparation of year-end tax documents and financial reports.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
