Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with weekly transaction processing
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly
- Process payroll and ensure timely weekly payments
- Generate financial reports (P&L, balance sheets) for client reviews
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict data confidentiality
- Assist with quarterly tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with CFO on financial strategy optimization
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or 3+ years bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Florida tax regulations
- Proven track record of meeting weekly payroll deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Professional certification (e.g., CB) preferred
