Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and account reconciliation.
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Assist in monthly bank statement reconciliation.
- Support the finance department with payroll preparation and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for management review.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
