Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Process payroll runs for the night shift team and manage time-off requests.
- Maintain the general ledger and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and vendors promptly.
- Assist the finance team with financial reporting and data analysis.
- Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and securely stored.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience required.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Must be reliable and capable of working independently during night hours.
