Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and generate monthly financial statements and reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation support.
- Monitor and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve discrepancies and answer financial inquiries.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is essential.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) are required.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
