Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement to all employees.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Xero to maintain up-to-date ledgers and records.
- Assist with tax preparation, financial reporting, and year-end audits.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero is required.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- High school diploma or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
