Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports with precision
- Process payroll, tax filings, and compliance documentation for 50+ employees
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online for streamlined financial workflows
- Collaborate with auditors and tax professionals during annual reviews
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms strategically
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with GAAP compliance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred (equivalent experience accepted)
- Proven track record of managing multi-entity accounting systems
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation a plus
