Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly and annual bank reconciliations with high accuracy.
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts.
- Maintain and organize financial files and records.
- Provide month-end close support and assist with internal audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
