Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Process payroll accurately and timely using ADP or similar systems.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and manage bank reconciliations.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and budgeting processes.
- Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding financial inquiries and status updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Pro and Excel (Advanced functions required).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance; Bachelor's degree preferred.
