What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts with precision.
- Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and ensure timely collections.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process payroll using ADP or similar systems and ensure tax filings are accurate.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
- Support the tax preparation process during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
