Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using provided QuickBooks Enterprise software
- Process accounts payable/receivable with dual-monitor efficiency
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports
- Manage payroll processing with our integrated HR system
- Assist with audits using our secure document management platform
- Generate customized financial statements using Excel templates
- Collaborate with senior accountants using cloud-based communication tools
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (version provided by company)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table expertise
- Knowledge of GAAP and Indiana tax regulations
- Experience with automated accounting systems
