- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with CPAs for quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Proficiency with Excel and financial reporting tools
- Valid Washington State Bookkeeper certification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail with error-free work history
- Experience with construction/retail accounting a plus
