Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and transaction logs using QuickBooks and Xero
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and accounts receivable/payable
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage vendor invoicing, expense reports, and accounts payable
- Assist with audits and financial documentation requests
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Xero and Microsoft Excel
- CPA certification or equivalent accounting degree preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax compliance requirements
