Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Process payroll for multiple employees accurately and on time.
- Prepare and maintain the general ledger and monthly financial statements.
- Assist with tax preparation and year-end close procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and fundamental accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must reside in Los Angeles, CA (or be willing to commute).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
