Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable, general ledgers, and payroll
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconcile bank accounts
- Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments with timely execution
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies
- Utilize QuickBooks and accounting software for data entry and reporting
- Assist with audits and financial analysis for strategic decision-making
- Communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Certification (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) a plus
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
