Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Handle sales tax compliance and remittances
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks systems
- Collaborate with CPA firm for audits/tax prep
Qualifications
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Pro required)
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- California sales tax certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Ability to meet daily deadlines in fast-paced environment
