Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions daily
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow
- Prepare monthly financial statements and profit/loss reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Assist with tax preparation and documentation
- Communicate financial insights to clients through clear reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and clients
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for client meetings
- QuickBooks Online certification a plus
