Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are accurate.
  • Process payroll for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online and Xero.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and financial reports.
  • Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.

Qualifications
