Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll operations
- Prepare financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations for Oklahoma-based clients
- Assist with audits and financial analysis for business decision-making
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows
- Manage vendor relationships and process expense reimbursements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and payroll tax regulations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation highly valued
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
