Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company financial policies.
- Process payroll and manage employee time tracking systems.
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero is highly preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
