- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile monthly bank statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable with timely invoicing and payment tracking
- Prepare financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Implement and maintain internal accounting controls and procedures
- Assist with audits and financial reporting requirements
- Utilize QuickBooks for daily bookkeeping operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (e.g., CB) a plus
