Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices and billing statements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile monthly billing data and resolve discrepancies.
- Process payments and manage customer inquiries regarding billing issues.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to track revenue performance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
