Responsibilities
- Generate, review, and distribute accurate invoices using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Resolve billing discrepancies and account receivables issues within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure proper revenue recognition
- Conduct monthly billing reconciliations and audit trails
- Optimize billing workflows to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Train staff on billing processes and compliance updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks Enterprise
- Strong knowledge of GAAP revenue recognition principles
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) preferred
