Responsibilities
- Process and verify insurance claims with 98% accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies
- Generate monthly invoices and reconcile account statements
- Collaborate with insurance providers to resolve claim denials
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient/client financial records
- Prepare weekly/monthly billing reports for leadership review
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Proficiency in Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Expert knowledge of CPT/HCPCS coding and ICD-10
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table and VLOOKUP capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines in high-volume environments
