Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex billing statements using SAP and Oracle systems
- Resolve payment discrepancies and customer billing inquiries within SLAs
- Generate monthly revenue reports and financial documentation
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams on contract compliance
- Optimize billing workflows to reduce AR days outstanding
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and billing software (SAP/Oracle)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in healthcare or SaaS billing preferred
- Certification in Billing/Coding (CPC or similar) a plus
