Responsibilities
- Process insurance claims and patient billing across multiple payers
- Resolve billing discrepancies and denials within 48 hours
- Conduct patient payment plan consultations
- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports for leadership
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
- Collaborate with coding and collections teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience required
- Proficiency in Epic and NextGen billing systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding
