- Train staff on billing software updates and protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credential
- Mastery of Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Expert knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PivotTable proficiency
- Strong problem-solving with insurer negotiations
