- Manage end-to-end medical billing processes for 200+ provider clients
- Resolve claim denials and optimize reimbursement cycles
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits verification
- Prepare monthly billing reports and financial statements
- Collaborate with coding teams to ensure compliance with ICD-10/CPT guidelines
- Train staff on billing software updates and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in healthcare
- Proficiency in Epic EMR and Medisoft billing systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Expertise in HIPAA compliance and billing regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong analytical skills for identifying billing discrepancies
- Excellent communication abilities for client interactions
