Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for 50+ corporate clients
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies through data analysis and client communication
- Optimize AR processes to maintain 98%+ collection rate
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract billing terms
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive leadership
- Implement billing system improvements using SAP/Oracle
- Train junior staff on billing protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle Financials
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table expertise
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition standards
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) certification a plus
